At Fast Track Events, we provide end-to-end services for celebrity engagements. From booking the celebrity to campaign marketing materials and managing on-ground operations during their appearance.. Our team ensures a seamless process from start to finish, giving you peace of mind while delivering impactful results.
Fast Track Events is located in Singapore but our company/brand is not located in the same country, can we still work with Fast Track Events?
Not an issue! We are able to work with clients from different countries and have been collaborating with brands across the region. Adding on to that, we have a vast global network of artistes, event and production professionals from different countries.
Which are the celebrities that can we book through Fast Track Events for our projects?
We have a wide network that covers from South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand to Hollywood. Give us your brief and we can start from there!
We have heard/encountered agencies who do not work with artiste management directly, this might be potentially a scam?
Unfortunately there are unethical agencies who are potential scammers. There are similar cases that happened to our clients where they were left clueless when the deal doesn’t proceed as they expected. Eventually, they approached us where we assisted them to solve the situation by contacting artist management and also handling the ground operations to ensure the event runs smoothly.
How can I know for sure that Fast Track Events can be trusted as an agent or operator for our project?
We have a long track record with major companies and MNCs that only work with approved vendors after they have done their due diligence. Furthermore, Fast Track Events is also a company that is highly recognized by artistes management companies as we have good track record in events and artistes management.
My company have an idea of collaborating with artistes to elevate our brand but we have no idea how and who to work with.

I’m working in a huge corporation and our company is keen on engaging an artiste but we require more information to have upper management approval on the budget. Can Fast Track Events work with us on this?
Yes of course! As most of our clients are from MNCs, we are very familiar with the approval levels and finance structure. Please do get in touch with us either through our email and we are glad to share more information with you.
We have an upcoming campaign which require a tendering process for vendor to secure the project. Will Fast Track Events join a tender process to pitch for the project?
Unfortunately we do not participate in a tender process for our Entertainment services. This is due to the nature of entertainment industry doesn’t align with the tendering structure.

How do you determine which celebrity is right for my brand?
We work closely with each client to understand their needs, objectives and priorities. Using this insight, we conduct our research to create a tailored list of proposed celebrities which include information about celebrities, such as interests, hometowns, hobbies, family and pets, lifestyle, and more—ensuring we provide the best recommendations to align with our clients’ objectives.
When will you reach out to the celebrity?
All celebrity selections and budget parameters are confirmed by our clients before we initiate any celebrity outreach or make an offer.
I am from Advertising agency, can I work with you?
Of course! We regularly work with advertising, pr or event agencies to support their clients’ goals. Simply share your objectives and audience demographics with us, and we’ll provide a list of suitable celebrity options, and the ballpark fees.
