What is Fast Track Events? Are you an events management company or entertainment focused company?

We started as an events management company in 2012, specialized in Media & Entertainment events. We have 2 main business arms within the organization,

  • Celebrity Agency Sales & Consultation

What type of services do Fast Track Events provide? If i am keen on engaging celebrities to do a digital event what can Fast Track Events do for me?

From renting a studio (for live/pre-recorded virtual event), engaging professional production team (includes director, audio crew, visual crew and etc), securing artistes and grooming team to post production of the event, we are your one-stop solution partner!

Fast Track Events is located in Singapore but our company/brand is not located in the same country, can we still work with Fast Track Events?

Not an issue! With the adoption of digitalization, we are able to work with clients from different countries. Adding on to that, we have a vast network of artistes, event and production professionals from South Korea, Hong Kong as well as Hollywood.

Which are the celebrities that can we book through Fast Track Events for our projects?

We have a wide network that covers from South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand to Hollywood. Give us your wish list and we can start from there!

Fast Track Events is the direct agent to the artistes?

Yes we are! When you work with us, rest assure that we deal with the artiste management directly.

We have heard/encountered agencies who do not work with artiste management directly, this might be potentially a scam?

Unfortunately there are unethical agencies who are potential scammers. There are similar cases that happened to our clients where they were left clueless when the deal doesn’t proceed as they expected. Eventually, they approached us where we assisted them to solve the situation by contacting artist management and also handling the ground operations to ensure the event runs smoothly.

How can I know for sure that Fast Track Events can be trusted as an agent or operator for our project?

We have a long track record with major companies and MNCs that only work with approved vendors after they have done their due diligence. Furthermore, Fast Track Events is also a company that is highly recognized by artistes management companies as we have good track record in events and artistes management.

My company have an idea of collaborating with artistes to elevate our brand but we have no idea how and who to work with.

I’m working in a huge corporation and our company is keen on engaging an artiste but we require more information to have upper management approval on the budget. Can Fast Track Events work with us on this?

We have an upcoming campaign which require a tendering process for vendor to secure the project. Will Fast Track Events join a tender process to pitch for the project?

Unfortunately we do not participate in a tender process for our Entertainment services. This is due to the nature of entertainment industry doesn’t align with the tendering structure.
